GetFirstGE Function
Returns the index of the first timestamp in the specified variable that is greater than or equal to the
specified number.
Syntax
double GetFirstGE(var, number)

number double Time value in seconds.
Returns
Returns the index of the first timestamp in the specified variable that is greater than or equal to the
specified number.
